Every kid's season, on one page.

Built for busy parents. Scales to schools. Track up to eight of your kids’ schedules for free — no coach or school invite needed. When their team uses Fieldhouse too, it all lands in the same calendar.

Parents, coaches, schools — all welcome. No credit card for free tiers.

What you get

Everything a season needs. Pick the role that fits you.

One platform for every team in the building.

Club and school plans roll up unlimited teams under one license, with sponsor placements, fundraisers, and the support tooling a real org needs.

Fundraisers

Stripe Connect, 2% / $2 cap

Run shirt + raffle + equipment-fund campaigns through your org's own Stripe account. Buyers pay by card; funds settle in your bank. Fieldhouse takes 2% capped at $2 per order. Refund in one tap from web or iPhone.

Sponsors

Sponsor placements with approval gating

Local sponsors pay for a placement on your public team page. You approve every one before it goes live. Sponsor invoicing is handled by us; the org keeps a per-team revenue share.

Billing

Pay how it suits you — web or App Store

Club ($11.99/mo) and School ($98.99/mo) plans. Pay by card on metahuman.network or via Apple in-app purchase from the iPhone app. Either way, access works from both surfaces. Manage billing wherever you bought it. No anti-steering surprises.

Compliance

COPPA-compliant by construction

Children never sign in directly; under-13 names are redacted to opaque Player #<id> labels inside our support tier. Two-key actions (delete user, role escalation) require super-admin. No impersonate / view-as feature, by design.

Support tools

Admin console that actually helps your support team

Cross-tenant view, global search across users / orgs / teams, per-user push delivery log, one-click resend verification / clear push tokens (audited). Health dashboard surfaces cron last-runs and 24h push success rate. Photo report queue with text-only-for-moderators carve-out.

Operations

Per-org kill switches + ops broadcasts

If a feature gets abused, your account team can disable chat / fundraisers / photos for that org instead of pulling the whole platform. Outages get a push notification + a 24h auto-expiring banner — not an email you'd miss.

True regardless of how you use it

  • No ads. No analytics SDKs. Privacy is the default, not a setting.
  • COPPA-compliant. Children never sign in directly; parents capture versioned consent at profile creation.
  • VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion. Built for the whole sideline. See /accessibility.

Pricing

Free for families. Fair for orgs.

Parents start free with the Family tier — no invite, no onboarding wizard. Organizations pick a paid tier when they need sponsor placements, multi-team management, or coach invites.

Sponsorships

Local businesses. Local teams. A built-in spotlight.

Paid-tier teams can sell sponsor placements directly on their calendar page. Sponsors check out on Metahuman Network monthly, and team admins approve before anything goes live.

TierPricePlacement
Supporter$10 / moText listing + small logo in team's 'Our Sponsors' grid, promo code field
Sidebar$35 / mo300×250 banner on team calendar page + promo code callout + link
Banner$75 / mo728×90 leaderboard on calendar + sidebar rectangle + promo code
Presenting$175 / moTop-of-calendar hero banner + all lower placements + 'Presented by' byline on game cards
League-wide$400 / moPresenting-tier placement across every team under the same Club or School org

Sponsor slots require a Club or School plan. All placements are admin-approved before going live.

Fundraisers

Sell shirts, raffle tickets, coupon booklets — funds straight to the org.

Spin up a per-team or program-wide fundraiser in minutes. Buyers pay with a card on a public storefront page; funds deposit directly into your org’s bank account via Stripe. We take a flat 2% (capped at $2 per order) — nothing else.

Physical goods only — apparel, raffle tickets, coupon booklets, money toward equipment or travel. No digital downloads or subscriptions.

  • Direct payouts

Stripe Connect deposits to the org’s bank. Fieldhouse never holds your money.

  • Guest checkout

Random fan at the pizza night, grandma without the app — anyone with the link can buy.

  • Fulfillment tracker

Built-in order list + CSV export so the coach handing out shirts doesn’t lose track.

Available on every paid tier and the Free Team tier — not Family-tier personal schedules. The 2%/$2-cap fee is the lowest in the category we’re aware of.

FAQ

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do parents and players pay?
Never. The Fieldhouse is always free for parents, players, and students. Only the organization running the team pays — and only if they want the paid features.
Do I need a coach or school invite to start?
Nope. Sign up on the Family tier and you can immediately add up to eight personal schedules — soccer practice, chess club, music lessons, whatever your kids do. Free, private by default, no organization required. If a coach later invites you to a real team, that team's events show up alongside your personal ones in the same calendar.
Can coaches track stats — goals, assists, points, that sort of thing?
Yes. On any game-type event, the coach (or a parent the coach delegated as score-keeper for that game) gets a Game stats card with one row per rostered player and a sport-aware set of number fields — soccer shows goals / assists / shots / saves / cards, basketball shows points / rebounds / assists / steals / blocks / 3-pointers, baseball + softball cover hits / RBIs / home runs / stolen bases plus pitcher fields, volleyball has kills / digs / blocks / aces, hockey has goals / assists / +/- / PIM, football covers passing / rushing / receiving + defense, lacrosse has goals / assists / ground balls / caused turnovers. Save and the box-score lands inline on every parent's event detail screen, plus rolls up into per-sport season totals on each kid's Family-tab season dashboard. Sports without stat tracking yet (chess club, music, dance) hide the card.
My kid plays multiple sports. Do I have to flip between teams to see her schedule?
No. Tap a kid's name on the Family tab and you get a per-kid season dashboard — every team she's on (school soccer + club basketball + Saturday lacrosse + the personal calendar you keep for tennis lessons) rolled up into one calendar, color-coded by team. Next-up surfaces the three nearest events across all of it, past events tuck behind a disclosure, and you RSVP per kid right from the row. iPhone's Schedule tab gets a kid-filter pill too so you can scope the cross-team view down to one kid in two taps.
What about kids under 13?
We run a full COPPA-compliant consent flow. Parents create the account, grant consent, and manage their child's profile. Children under 13 don't log in directly.
Do you store school records, grades, or rosters?
No. We store the things needed to run a team calendar — schedules, locations, RSVPs, and the names parents and coaches provide — and nothing else. We are not an education data platform.
Are there ads anywhere — the site, the app, or team pages?
Nowhere. No third-party advertising on this site or web app, no ads in the iPhone app, no ads on any team's calendar page — ever. The only paid placements anywhere in The Fieldhouse are sponsors that the team's admin or coach explicitly approved for that team's own page. Nothing goes live without sign-off, and we don't sell remnant inventory to ad networks.
What sports do you support?
All of them. The Fieldhouse doesn't care whether you're running soccer, volleyball, chess club, or dodgeball — if it meets on a schedule, we'll keep it.
Do I have to verify my email before using Fieldhouse?
No — sign up and you're in immediately. We send a verification link to your inbox so you can confirm at your convenience; a banner on the dashboard reminds you until you do. Verifying keeps password-reset and invite emails flowing reliably (some mail providers throttle unverified senders). On iPhone with the app installed, tapping the link opens Fieldhouse directly via Universal Link — no detour through Safari.
How does team chat work?
Per-team thread for parents, coaches, and opted-in org admins. Co-parents and co-managers join automatically (anyone with manage rights on a kid on the roster); read-only viewers like grandma stay out by design. Sender can edit within 5 minutes; coaches can delete any message. 90-day rolling history (older purges nightly). Push fan-out has a 30-second per-recipient debounce so a coach posting four messages in a row produces one alert + three silent badge bumps, not four buzzes. Long-press anyone's name → identity card explains why you're seeing them ("Coach on Varsity Soccer; you have a kid on the team"); phone and email are intentionally not shown there — they live on the team roster page.
Can my kid's coach see allergies and emergency contact?
Only if you flip the share toggle on the kid's profile. Default is OFF — coaches can't read either field until you opt in. Even after opting in, coaches read but never edit, and every read is logged so you can see who looked at what (with team + timestamp). Allergies do surface to OTHER parents on the team via the snack-volunteer banner — that's intentional so a parent doesn't bring cookies forgetting another kid's peanut allergy. Emergency contact stays parent-only regardless.
What stops a coach from changing my kid's jersey number behind my back (or vice versa)?
A two-way handshake. Once a coach saves jersey or position once, those fields are coach-locked. To change them, the parent files a request (with an optional note) from the kid's profile; every coach gets a push and can approve or deny. Approval grants the parent a 24-hour edit window — they get a deep-linked push and a countdown banner. Past 24 hours, the lock comes back and a fresh request is needed. Coaches stay free to override anytime and the lock resets; the parent then needs the next handshake.
What privacy controls do parents have?
Several, all parent-controlled. (1) Every photo a parent uploads has GPS, timestamps, and camera metadata stripped server-side before we store it — your kid's headshot doesn't broadcast where it was taken. (2) When someone long-presses your name in team chat, the resulting card explains the exact association ("You're both rostered on Varsity Soccer.") and limits kid mentions to the chat's team only — never your full household. (3) Per-kid toggle to render names as "First L." on the public team page. (4) Per-account toggle to hide your kids entirely from chat identity cards (display name + role still show; kid names don't). (5) Coach reads of allergies or emergency contact are logged — every parent can see who's been looking on the kid's profile page. Defaults are conservative: coach view of allergies + EC is OFF until the parent flips it.
Can I import a season schedule from a spreadsheet?
Yes — coaches can import a CSV for their team, and parents can do the same per-kid for a family schedule. One row per event, with date and start time required and end time, type, opponent, location, notes all optional. We fuzzy-match locations against your saved list (so the Tualatin Hills Park you typed last season gets reused, not duplicated), flag rows that look like duplicates of events already on your calendar, and surface anything that didn't quite parse so you can fix it before committing. CSV-only for now — export to CSV from Excel or Google Sheets first. Web has the inline-edit table; iPhone files-picks the CSV and commits the ready rows.
Can sponsors run promo codes?
Yes. Every paid sponsor tier includes a promo code field and a click-through link that shows on the team's public calendar page.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes — native SwiftUI iPhone app, against the same API as the web. Schedule tab with month + week views, push notifications for event changes and RSVPs, a home-screen widget for the next event, lock-screen Live Activities for live game scores, and an offline-cached calendar so the sideline works without signal. Universal Links open invite + share URLs straight into the app. It's currently in TestFlight beta — email support@thefieldhouse.app from the Apple ID on your iPhone and we'll send you the invite link.
Can grandparents follow without being invited as a parent?
Yes. A parent can mint a household-wide read-only link and hand it to a grandma, aunt, or neighbor — they see every kid's schedule, the widget, and the game-day Live Activity, with no RSVP or edit power. Coaches can also invite a non-roster fan to follow a single team's calendar the same way.
Can someone else keep score during a game when I can't be there?
Yes. From the event page a coach can delegate score-keeping to a parent on the roster for one specific game. They get the same Go-live, +/-, and End-game controls a coach has — for that game only.
How do snack volunteers and carpools work?
On any upcoming game or practice — on the iPhone app or the web event page — parents see a Snack Volunteer card and a Carpool card. "I'll bring it" claims snacks (with optional notes for what); the team's coach + every parent who RSVPed Going gets pinged. The Carpool card lets a parent offer a ride — seats, meeting place, departure, optional return trip + car-seat flag + phone — and other parents claim a seat in one tap. Need a ride instead? Post that and any active offer's driver gets pinged immediately. Phones are private until a seat is confirmed, then they're a tap-to-call link.
